Picture this: It all started in 2012 when we crossed paths in the breathtaking islands of Fiji for one day. The connection was instant, but life had other plans, and we lost touch for what felt like an eternity... four long years to be exact!

But guess what? Fate (and facebook 😉 ) brought us back together, and this time, we knew we weren't letting go. Laura made the gutsy move of relocating to Australia, and that's when our story truly unfolded.

Now here's the thing about us - we're not your typical "nine-to-five" folks. We both had a taste of the thrill of exploration and an unquenchable thirst for travel. As we settled into the rhythm of "regular life" and worked our tails off (Laura in the beauty industry and Chris in health care). The yearning for freedom and adventure started gnawing at us. So we started making plans to kiss our comfort zone goodbye. We sold off a bunch of stuff, rented out our home, and dove headfirst into the unknown. Our mission? A grand adventure that would take us around the world for an entire year.
